Craved Creations has a 72 hour change or cancellation policy on all custom cake orders. There are no refunds on orders that are not cancelled within this time frame.

We suggest 2-4 weeks advance lead time for custom orders. Our order books get filled quickly so please plan accordingly. Need help with a cake design? Please email or call the bakery to set up an appointment for a tasting or cake design consultation. No walk ins please. Tiered cakes can be ordered with different flavors for each tier. Visual aids are recommended to get the best results, so feel free to bring pictures of your favorite cake designs for inspiration.

If you would like to place a custom order, it is best to do so as early as possible. We book up to 3-4 weeks in advance. Cupcake orders require a six day lead time. Our custom order books fill up quickly so plan accordingly. Short notice orders are rarely accepted. We stock many cookie cutter designs that will fill most orders. If you have a specific cutter we do not stock, we are happy to order the design at no extra charge. At least one week advance noticed is required to get the cutter ordered. Custom orders require a minimum of one dozen for cookies and two dozen for mini cupcakes. Minimum order of one dozen is require for each flavor.

Prices for custom design orders are subject to fillings, flavors, toppings and design requirements. A quote will be provided for all orders placed in the bakery or contact us via email or phone.

Delivery services are not available. All orders must be picked up by the customer.
